A New Direction: Impotence
From the Washington Times comes an article which predicts an impotent 2nd session of the 110th Congress. Included in the dire analysis is the liberal Brookings Institution:
“The stars are in configuration for this to be the least productive [legislative session] during an eighth year of a [presidential] administration,” said Stephen Hess of the Brookings Institution, a liberal Washington think tank.
